<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;"><span style="color: #0c343d;">Habitualmente, uso leguminosas cozidas em casa e só recorro às enlatadas em situações de emergência, embora sempre as tenha na despensa.</span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;"><span style="color: #0c343d;"><br /></span></span></span>
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;"><span style="color: #0c343d;">Uso, preferencialmente, embalagens de 1kg de feijão ou grão-de-bico, secos e coloco a demolhar na véspera, à noite. Assim ficam, até à manhã seguinte, momento em que os coloco a cozer, na panela-de-pressão. Em cerca de 20m, estão prontos para serem utilizados, ou guardados.</span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;"><span style="color: #0c343d;"><br /></span></span></span>
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;"><span style="color: #0c343d;">Como não uso 1kg de feijão ou grão numa única refeição, costumo fazer a operação que atrás referida na véspera de cozinhá-los. Então, retiro da panela a parte que vou usar e, o restante, é dividido em pequenas doses e colocadas no congelador, para futuras utilizações.</span></span></span><br />

Se opto por uma refeição em que se torna a base da mesma, utilizo tantas embalagens quantas forem necessárias.</span></span></span><br />

Deixo-vos esta sugestão, pois dá muito jeito, especialmente nos tais momentos em que não há tempo.</span></span><br />

<span style="color: #0c343d;"><span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">Esta receita é muito simples, mas tem uma particularidade de que quero falar-vos. A porção de farinha pode variar ligeiramente, consoante a qualidade dela. Assim, o valor que indico é o que uso, habitualmente, mas convém que acrescentem mais um pouco, caso notem que a massa não se descola bem das mãos, ou da cuba do equipamento de cozinha onde a façam, pois é assim que deve ficar. </span></span><br />

<span style="color: #0c343d;"><span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">Costumo fazer esta massa na máquina de fazer pão, no programa de massa simples que demora 15 m. Coloco lá todos os ingredientes em primeiro os líquidos e depois os sólidos e dou início ao programa. Vou vigiando e se noto que a massa não está a descolar-se da cuba, acrescento mais um pouco de farinha, até obter esse resultado. </span></span><br />
